• State Project Manager– Monitoring & Evaluation :- S/he must possess P.G. diploma/Master degree in Rural Development/Women Studies/Rural Management/Social
  Work from a premier Institute.
• State Project Manager– Communication & Documentation :- S/he must possess a degree in communications/media studies, information technology, or any other from a premier Institute.

• State Project Manager– Micro Finance :- S/he must possess MBA degree with specialization in Finance/Rural Management/PG in Economic/Commerce form a premier Institute. Candidates from any discipline with minimum 5 years of banking experience will also be considered.
• Programme Manager :- S/he must possess P.G. diploma/Master degree in Rural Development/Rural Management/MBA in Finance/ Marketing, Social Science (Sociology, Social work, Anthropology, Psychology, LSW & Pol. Science) from a premier Institute.
